2.Clean your jar + parts with warm soapy water before disinfecting

3.Allow the jar to dry completely before refilling

We have partnered with REDcycle which is an organisation that recycles soft plastics to keep them out of landfill. So, once you have emptied your refill pouch, drop it off at your nearest REDcycle bin (major supermarkets ect) to ensure it is recycled effectively. Our refill system is a small action that you can take that will be making a MASSIVE impact.

Great face cream but the scent has changed

I’ve just ordered the refill for this face cream which is an idea I love. The cream still seems to do the same which is great it’s just the smell has completely changed which is very sad! I loved the original smell, very special feeling. This batch doesn’t seem to have got the scent balance right and they all seem to have blended into one strange smell.
