Returns + Refunds Policy


So things aren’t all sunshine and rainbows, hey? Well...we CAN’T have that!


Damaged or Faulty Product

If you’ve opened your Peggy Sue parcel with great joy and excitement only to find a faulty or damaged product, email us within 30 days at hello@peggysuesoaps.com with your order details and some photos of the damage caused. We'll then organise either a refund or replacement (and a thousand apologies).


Change of Mind

If you’ve purchased some beautiful Peggy Sue goodies and have changed your mind once you received them, things can be a little trickier. In this case, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchasing. Return shipping will also be at the cost of the customer and you will assume all risk for lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. Email the team at hello@peggysuesoaps.com to check that you will qualify for a refund before sending back.


Adverse Reactions

In the (hopefully) unlikely but absolute terrible event that one of our products has caused a reaction on your skin, please email us at hello@peggysuesoaps.com right away with your order details so we can investigate further. Our team will then advise on next steps from there. Our products have a shelf life of 18 months so if your product has exceeded this period, we do recommend ceasing use right away as we can’t guarantee the results after this time.


Purchased through Stockists

Please note that if you’ve bought your Peggy Sue products through one of our stockists, including The Iconic, you will be covered by their return policy and will need to contact them directly. Sorry for any inconvenience!
